It’s not unusual for guys to believe that they can’t attract women because of limitations like having no money, no car, not being physically attractive, etc. But guys don’t realize that these limitations are not even real. Here. Let me take a limitation as an example

“I don’t have an expensive car and I’m not good looking therefore I can’t attract beautiful women in my life”

This statement has no real world basis at all. It’s not like attractive girls say “You can’t have us if you don’t have an expensive car and good looks”. These limitations are all mental. They’re just limiting beliefs that hold guys back from getting the women they want.

Mental Conditioning

A lot of these limiting beliefs usually come from parents, religion, media, etc. Overtime these beliefs have been deeply implanted in mind through daily habits that guys tend to substitute these limiting beliefs for real world experience

Challenging Limiting Beliefs

To get rid of these limiting beliefs, I suggest that guys challenge them. Verify these beliefs from real world experiences instead of just taking them in as they are. Doing this can take one man very far not just in attracting girls but also being successful in life.

The problem with most guys is when they talk to women, they talk to them as if they CAN’T HAVE them. It makes them appear weak and desperate. You’ve probably already noticed that desperation repels not just women but people as well.

Assuming That You’ve Just had Sex With Her

The thing with guys who are successful in seducing women is they don’t act desperate. They DON’T talk to women in a way that they still have to attract them. They actually talk to women as if they already HAVE them. And for the most part, they assume as if they already had sex with the women they are trying to seduce. There is no need to act desperate, after all sex is already given.

Don’t lose hope. Why? It’s actually a good thing. Take a look at the situation once again. You just stumbled on a couple. And what about it? Meeting couples is a good thing! The thing is couples usually have lots of hot single girl friends who they want to hook up with amazing guys like you.

Next time you find a couple, befriend them, hook up with them. For sure you’ll meet and attract more hot girls through them. nuff said

Here’s a little approaching tip that took me lots of trial and errors to get it done right. Most guys beat themselves up trying to come up with the perfect line to attract girls, and I used to be one of those guys. Well, I hate to break it up but it’s not about what you say, it’s all about how your vibe is when you approach girls

A good example of this is when you greet people. Saying “hi” to someone with a smile on your face produces a more fun and positive reaction compared to saying it with a blank look on your face

Getting the Right Vibe

You have the right vibe when you feel good, happy and confident about yourself as if nothing can ruin your day. A few things you can do to get yourself in the right vibe is to listen to your favorite music, play your favorite game and talk to your friends. I personally make it a habit to talk to positive and friendly people so I am always in the right vibe.

Crappy Pick up Lines

In my experience, once you have the right vibe, you can get away with any pick up lines even the crappy ones. It won’t matter to women what you say as long as they feel good about the vibe you exude

This is one of the things I usually do to spike up an interaction with a girl I’m trying to seduce/attract and I’m sure you can add this up on your how to attract girls arsenal… anyway, without further ado, the solution is “girl teasing“. Simple and counter intuitive especially for guys who have been too nice to women but it really works and I’ll tell you why.

Girls want a guy who can make them feel extreme emotions. Let’s face it, it’s better to make girls feel extreme emotions and than to make them feel bored And teasing is one of the things you can do to bring them out.

Mini Teasing Guide

The main ingredient for a successful teasing is fun. So how do you exactly tease someone? There are probably other ways out there but in my experience.. to tease someone is to say or do something insulting or offensive but you either do it in a funny playful way or give off the vibe that you are just joking. Let’s say “aww! you smell like rotten cheese!”, now that may sound like an insult but if you add a smile on your face and a little situation relevance it may come off as funny and you’ll usually have the girl playfully slapping you in the arm. This usually leads to a point where both of you are playfully fighting each other.

Other Benefits

Well aside from both of you and her playfully having fight with each other, it also makes her emotionally invested in you. There’s a saying that the more you are invested on something the more you find it hard to detach yourself from it. Same thing applies here so it can really help her become more attracted to you. Teasing also shows her that you don’t need any approval from her, you can say anything you like not giving a damn about how she will react, and at the same time you are adding fun to the interaction.

Caution

Make sure that when you tease her, both of you have fun. Don’t take teasing to a point of making her feel bad. Have fun and be outcome independent as you do this.

This is one of the concepts I wasn’t able to grasp easily when I was trying to learn how to attract girls. I’m pretty sure lots of guys have heard this from a lot of their friends. “Just be yourself man!” were the exact words that came out of my friend’s mouth trying to give me advice on how to meet women. Most of time, it didn’t work. I’m not saying that it’s a bullshit advice, to me, it is something that is hard to do.

I believe that most men like me are not being ourselves everytime we are trying to interact with women. We try to impress, act nice even if it’s against our will, and give them flattering compliments on things that we are not interested about all for the reason of being desperate on getting approval from women.

Covering up our real selves and trying to put on a good show to impress women can be very counter productive. First of all, it screams desperation which doesn’t just repel women but people as well. Second, it can be a real pain in the butt putting up all those effort just to make ourselves appear good.

To get over this, I encourage you to be your real self. Don’t be afraid to show or talk about your flaws and insecurities. Rockstars show their flaws and insecurities without any holding back or covering up. So just confidently revealing yourself to a woman makes you a rockstar. Being a rockstar is attractive. so Rock on!

Being a busy guy, I dont have a regular workout schedule but I have my diet to compensate for missed work out sessions which is something that I’m going to share.

I learned from the book ‘Protein Power’ that it’s not really eating fatty foods that causes us to get fat, it’s  eating foods with carbohydrates. We can actually eat all those delicious oily and fatty foods without being very cautious as long as we eat them without or at least with little amount of carbohydrates. I have been on low carb, high fat and protein diet for months already and it really help me a lot in managing the percentage of fat in my body.

It’s not about how good looking you are, it’s about how you make yourself look good. Here’s another explanation, yes, personality matters more than your looks BUT you should at least handle your appearance well since your personality most of the time reflects on how you take good care of your appearance.

The first step to meet and potentially attract girls is approaching them or starting a conversation with them. For a lot of guys, this is not easy. Approaching random women can most of the time be technically simple but as humans we experience these internal(mental and emotional) barriers that keep us from doing it. Fortunately, I have some things you can do to help eliminate those emotional barriers that stop you from approaching that attractive girl in front of you.

Outcome Detachment

Are waiting for that perfect moment to approach her? or Are you still trying to come up with the perfect approach? Well, guess what.. That approach won’t happen at all and the next thing you know, it’s either she’s out of your sight or some other guy approached her already. So detach yourself from that fantasy approach in your mind and allow unpredictable variables to come when you do the approach. Take the risk.  Afterall, risk takers are attractive.

Dropping the Ego

One of my biggest personal breakthroughs. IMO the ego comes from the wanting to get approval from other people. Like when you were a kid, you try to pretend like superman and people laughed at you and from that moment you became too much cautious in all of your actions so people won’t disapprove of you. Well, I’m going to be honest, other people might disapprove of you when you approach women. Other people might laugh at you, or the girl might reject you but it won’t hurt you except your ego. In my experience, dropping your ego makes you attractive since it takes a real man to drop his ego down.

Being Non-Prejudgemental

Remember a time when you don’t want to talk to someone the first time you see them because your impression tells you that they’re snobbish, or rude. Well, you were most probably prejudging. Making personal judgements about people and that attractive woman right in front of you even without personally getting to know them first can limit you bigtime. It can stop you from having the motivation to approach that woman you like in the first place. And prejudging can also help you open up other possibilities not just in meeting women but also in life.

Having fun

Doing a certain task becomes easy when you’re having fun and that includes approaching women. So before you go out to meet women play your favorite game, talk to your bestfriend or do something that can psyche you up. Having a fun vibe is not just attractive to women but to people in general as well.
