Eating Fats is Fine

As most guys have experiences, getting fit and having a healthy lifestyle will sky rocket your ability to attract girls so figured out that I might as well put up posts related to these things here. I’m not a buffed up guy and I don’t think that I’m at my peak physical condition but I can say that I am in pretty good shape.

Being a busy guy, I dont have a regular workout schedule but I have my diet to compensate for missed work out sessions which is something that I’m going to share.


I learned from the book ‘Protein Power’ that it’s not really eating fatty foods that causes us to get fat, it’s  eating foods with carbohydrates. We can actually eat all those delicious oily and fatty foods without being very cautious as long as we eat them without or at least with little amount of carbohydrates. I have been on low carb, high fat and protein diet for months already and it really help me a lot in managing the percentage of fat in my body.
